Hello, could somebody tell me how do i brush/paint with transparency?

Use the opacity slider in the top toolbar to set the transparency of the brush.

You said "how do i brush/paint with transparency" -- how am I to infer that you meant "with the boxes thingy", especially since I have no idea what you mean with "with the boxes thingy". I guess it would be best if you'd check the manual -- docs.krita.org, it's pretty complete, and I'm sure you can find your answer there.

I think you can paint with transparency by pressing the eraser button on the top.
