need Help finding the brush blending mode in the tool palett

I try to personalised the Ui, and loose the Blending tap in the tool palette.
i do everything and search in the web but nothing :'( please help me

Settings > Configure Toolbars > Default (bottom left corner)

It seems there is a bug, as the blending element seems "bound" to a vertical separator....
