Just got a new laptop and there is a delay that is almost 1 second when I press E to switch from by brush to the eraser and back. I've unplugged my intuos pro and the problem is pretty much gone. Does anyone know what could probably fix this issue? This didn't happen on my other computer. The switch used to be extremely quick.

Hi, is there a delay when you turn off 'eraser switch size'? You can find it in bottom of the brush editor. Let me know because we might have the same problem. Hopefully it can get resolved, but Wolthera said it might be fixed when krita switches to VC 1.2. In the meantime I just make do without the eraser switch size.

I'm not sure if it's the same problem though, because you said it goes away when you unplug the tablet.

Wow thank you so much! That was the problem. What does VC 1.2 mean? Is that just the next krita update and what does VC stand for?

I think it's something Krita needs to compile? But I don't know anything about it, I'm sorry ;v; But I'm glad your problem is fixed! (well more or less! hoping the next update will have this mystical VC 1.2 )
