Who's bright idea was it to make the drawing cursor invisible for Krita 3.0? Do you think anybody would be able to draw if they were using an invisible Pencil? Because its practically impossible to draw on a white canvas now.

If it had been a "bright idea", it would have been mine. Of course something like that is not intentional. Anyway, the cursor is not invisible for me on:

Windows 7, nvidia gpu
Windows 8, intel gpu
Windows 10, intel gpu
OpenSUSE Linux, nvidia gpu
CentOS Linux, intel gpu
OSX 10.11, intel gpu
OSX 10.9, intel gpu

And a bunch of vm's running on those systems that I also use for testing.

The most likely thing is a bug in your graphics driver, of course: do you by any chance have an AMD GPU?

What system are you using and what is your cursor/brush outline configuration?

Oh, is that the reason? If so, that probably explains it. My laptop's an old Viao E Series model, bought some 3-4 years ago. When I first tried Krita it told me I needed to get a better computer because my laptop can't handle its full capabilities.
Vaio E Seires VPCEG38FG
Windows 7, Nvidia GPU
Intel i5-2.50 Ghz
4 GB RAM

PS: I'm forced to use a crosshair for the time being just to paint. I can see it on darker backgrounds.
