2012 15" Retina MacBook Pro - OS X 10.11.6 (Public Beta) & Wacom Bamboo Tablet

Hi, just downloaded Krita and running into a very annoying problem. I go to New and create a new canvas however when I try and draw on the Wacom the canvas zooms out to 8.8%. I've tried restarting the Mac and app and I've gone into System Preferences> Wacom and turned off all the touch functionality so it doesn't register as a trackpad but the problem persists.

Any idea on how to resolve this?

Go to krita's settings dialog, and disable scroll wheel for zooming. Macs have got some very weird peculiarities that we are trying to solve, but Apple doesn't make it easy.
