I love Krita, but randomly it's decided to grey out pretty much every menu option available. I can't use any essential functions, such as save, undo, redo, resize the canvas... the list goes on. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and even going so far as to reset my computer. Nothing is working. This problem began while I was still using 2.9.11.0, and after uninstalling and trying 3.0, nothing has changed! Am I missing something? I've tried googling solutions, but it appears that I'm the only one having this problem. It's either that or I have no idea what the appropriate search terms are.

Hello Essynkardi,
Have you created a new document? If I haven't done so, all the same menu options are grayed out for me as well. But once you make a new document the menu options are accessible. Hope this helps. Cheers. |

The screenshots look normal to me: no open image, so you cannot save it as a template, for instance. But it looks like there are a few places where we missed de-activating the actions if there isn't an image open.
