Hey guys.
Is there a way to switch on the progress bar on Krita 3.0? I would like to see when the instant preview rendering has been finished. ![]() Thanks in advance for any support! And by the way, Krita is growing up beautifully! Congratulations guys! |

Hi daniel,
The progress bar shows up once you let go of the mouse button and there is still work to do. If there is no progress bar then instant preview is done processing the stroke. You can try it out by making a big canvas (say 6000x6000+) and painting quickly with a big brush (1000px) over it. Hope that helps, if there is still no progress bar please let us know! |

Hi Nim!
I tried that. It is still not showing the progress bar, but I can tell Krita is still rendering the stroke because I can't undo it. Do you have any idea? Thanks for the reply! ![]() |

I think Borodante was having the same issue in this video on his youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=srQA1QxQ9Qc
He didn't know what was causing the program not to undo, but at the end he realized it was the brush preview mode that was on, although I did not see any progress bar showing in his screen either. It is not a MAJOR issue, but it would help if I could to see the bar. Maybe it is a problem in the Windows version. I use Windows 10, and I think he uses it too. Anyways, thanks for any help! I hope we can solve this one. ![]() |
