I am using Krita 3.0 (git f0cbffc) on Windows 10

My tablet is Wacom Intuos Pro medium (PTH-651)

Can I change the direction of pen tilt?
Brush tilt is going to reverse direction of the pen tilt, meaning Krita brush's tilt is inverted compared to the tablet's pen. I couldn't find settings to change it.

Hi. Don't know if you already figured it out but.
Is the pen tilt mirrored to the brush tilt, or is it just a rotation offset.
If the problem is just a rotation offset, you should change the 'rotation' parameter in the 'brush tip' section.
if the problem is a rotation mirroring. Eg.: you rotate your pen in clockwise, and the brushtip rotates counterclockwise. Then you should edit the curve on the 'rotation' section.
The curve must be a straight line starting from the bottom-left ending on the top-right.

Hi, I have the same problem with Photoshop and painter. The Art pen dose this: when I rotate my pen in clockwise the brusht rotates counterclockwise. can anyone help me please.
