Every time I attempt to draw, I get this very large circle around my cursor? Like, there is a smaller one in the center, but then a bigger one around it. Does that make sense? Is there any way to get rid of it or make it smaller. It's been making drawing difficult. I tried changing the cursor shape to no cursor but that didn't seem to do anything? Help would be apprieciated

Check if you are using the stablizer in the tool options? Set that to basic smoothing.
