Hi,
I have a problem with Krita, it is crashed when I try to 'export' or 'save as'.
I can working with the program without problem but when I need to save as or export, it is going to crash. The problem is always in the same point.
Any idea?

Which version of Krita are you using?

Generally, I have never heard of this, so this might be one of the rare instances where redownloading and reinstalling might help.

My current Krita version is 2.9.7. And my operating system is KDE NEON, with I have some problems with Discover installer, it didn't find Krita. I installed the program using ppa (sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dimula73/krita) but I had the same problem, so I uninstalled ppa and krita. Then I had installed it by Muon Package Manager, but the problem go on.

2.9.7 is pretty old, you'd better try running the 3.0 appimage instead.

I follow your consell and try to running the 3.0 appimage. It's great, with no problem! Then I found this page in Krita (https://docs.krita.org/Installation) that explain how install Krita 3.0.
Briefly is:
1) sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dimula73/krita
2) sudo apt-get update
3) sudo apt-get install krita3-testing krita3-testing-dbg
