Hello. Krita is awesome!

I had a 2.8 version that was working amazingly well on El capitan. That version of Krita, my Wacom and Mac were killing it!!

I then downloaded 3.0 and the machine is getting hung up a lot. I changed the instant preview setting in the view menu, and that helped a lil. It however did not perform anywhere close to what the older version was cookin!

I see that 3.0 its still unstable on mac, so I apologize for the the redundancy of this question:

Can someone PLEASE tell me where I can download the older version of Krita. Something in the 2.8 flavor?

I don't know where to get a 2.8 version but I found out that the newest development Alpha release works quite fine on Mac OSX:

Maybe you want to give it a try.

Most builds are still available on files.kde.org/krita (and some on download.kde.org/krita).
