Whenever I try to save my project as a .png, .jpg, or any other type of file it darkens the image.

I've tried saving it as .jpg and everything else but it still does the same thing.
It's very frustrating, how can I save it with it's normal color?

It would have been more useful if you'd posted a full screenshot of krita because I suspect you are using a linear gamma profile -- maybe because your image is 16 bits per channel? Read the manual on this topic: https://docs.krita.org/Gamma_and_Linear .
