So Im using an N-trig tablet hooked to my Intous 4. With both the the N-trig Wintab and Wacom drivers installed (ntrig first, then wacom), Manga studio (via preferences setting), Photoshop CC (need to disable gestures for Wacom to work), and sketchbook pro (no fuss just works) all work with both pens. Sadly Krita doesn't

I can get it working with the Wacom if I uninstall the N-trig drivers, and I can get it working with the N-trig device if I uninstall the Wacom drivers, but I can't find a work around to get them both

No, that's not supported. Krita only works with wintab drivers, and n-triq uses Microsoft's ink api.
