Dual monitor split tablet workspace

Sat Sep 24, 2016 10:29 am
Hello. Feew mouths ago i start using 2 monitors but at the last version Krita 3.0.1 i cant find option to make workspace at one of this two. This problem make unproportional drawing circle for example (make it flat from left and right site) on my tablet. Half workspace is on 1 monitor and another half is on second. Where or what name option to make whole workspace of tablet on 1 monitor?

I don't really get it. Typically when you maximize a window it only fills one monitor. Are you saying that it's not happening to you? Do you mean the Krita window extended across two monitors?
If that is what you're getting, make sure your two monitors are configured as two displays extended, not as one. Make sure you have not configured AMD Eyefinity or Nvidia Surround or anything like that (those are only useful for gaming.)

If you are getting out-of-proportion circles, make sure the resolution setting of your display is native to the monitor.

Krita window (full screen) is on my first monitor and second is empty (or internet browser). When i draw, half surface of tablet is on 1st monitor and another half is on 2nd monitor (when i move pen). I use Clip Studio Paint too and there i set only on 1st monitor for draw/use pen with correct proportion. Second monitor is separated from pen workspace (only mouse is active on 2nd monitor).

In older version of Krita i set this separation screens but in 3.0.1 i cant doo it.

Are you on Windows 10? Try updating or reinstalling your tablet's wintab driver.

Are you using 64-bit Windows and Krita? Which tablet are you using?

Hello,
For better use of the tablet, I advise you to configure your tablet to use only one screen.
