So, ive had this problem for a while, I have windows 10, and a huion tablet, whenever I'm drawing i'll be interrupted by this little circle loading then the pop up palette popping up out of nowhere and ima annoyed, does anyone know how to fix this? p.s I'm using the new version of krita the most recent one.

That is a windows feature. You should be able to turn it off. here is some more information.
