Can we automatically create an animation from imported layers ?
Or is there any way to create an animation from an image sequence ? |

Oh, well that was simple. Thanks !
Now is there a way to directly convert multiple layers into an animation ? There may be some cases where you would need that. For example if you want to quickly export each layer of your painting into seperated PNGs or if you want to make a breakdown animation of a complex image (although that would require to keep the previous layers at every new frame). |

The only way I can think of how you can do that, and how I do that.... is to set the view off for each layer and save each layer seperate by setting viewing for that layer on and saving it. I am not a Krita-wiz and I have not found an option yet to save each layer seperate. I have also used that for animation saving... where I save the outline and the colors I applied seperate from eachother eventhough they are on the same framecounts. So I end up with two animation sequences that way. Just make sure ofcourse you name these sequences different. |

You can put the layers in a group, then use Layers>Convert>Convert Group to Animated Layer
https://docs.krita.org/Layer_Menu |
