Hi, good day!
Very happy with Krita 3.0.1, I wonder if, is there a way to make the image reference docker remember a path or folder? it´s rarely but sometimes krita crashes or I suffer a cut on the electricity service and then my files are useless even using photoshop, anyway i use to save my work increasing the number on the file name and then close krita to be more sure, and then again I re open krita and continue working in that way, but each time i open krita I have to search for my image reference folder, is there a way to make the image reference docker remember a folder or a path? Thanks in advance! Sorry I forgot something, is there a way to change the eyedropper tool in the image reference docker? for me would be more useful a hand tool than the eyedropper tool, is a personal taste, but is there a way to do that? Thank You!! |

On one side, unless you must have snapshots of your file, auto-saving every few minutes (five is the default) may be more appropriate than save as a new file every time (with an increasing number) closing then opening again, also make sure you have Krita making a backup file every time your save, in case of a crash (and if you have an auto-save within five or less minutes) may let you recover lost work. Just some ideas : )
Now for the image reference docker, its meant to be reworked as it was one the two Kickstarers goals backed by big contributors this year, thus expect a better re-designed and more functional docker coming in the near future, for now if you find very difficult to work with it, there is this little application named PureRef that you can use aside of Krita or any application.
