Tablet: wacom intuos 4
Operating System: Windows 10 Krita version: 3.0.1.1 Problem: My tablet pressure sensitivity won't work on the canvas. It works just fine while testing it in brush settings, but when I go back to the canvas to draw there is no pressure variation in stroke opacity or size. The brush settings are fine. The pressure may randomly start working on the canvas but the brush will immediately freeze right after. The brush will also freeze if I take it off the canvas and try to put it back on. Some research indicated the problem MAY be that my tablet isn't working in "Qt", however I'm not sure what that is or how to fix it. Thanks. |

Try reinstalling your tablet drivers. Windows 10 is known to mess with driver when updating itself.

That seems to have solved the problem! I uninstalled and reinstalled my tablet. Thanks!

NEVER MIND
The problem returned. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it temporarily. I closed Krita and unplugged my tablet and when I returned a few hours later, the problem reappeared. It must be a driver issue because now pen pressure isn't even working in Photoshop. Before it was just Krita but now it's both. Tried reinstalling the driver again but that didn't change anything. Something tells me it has something to do with Windows Ink |

In your Tablet Properties with pen selected you can add Krita to applications and then set your Tip feel. A tutorial I watched suggested to set the Tip Feel to soft.I am using the original drivers from the Tablet install as the driver update made my pen behave erratic using Krita and other paint programs.Krita has a good tutorial on setting up Tablets on their YouTube channel
