Hello guys, I am using windows 10 64bit and I just downloaded krita for the first time and I couldnt use 1 tool out of the all tools, its like when I choose it the mouse freezes until I right click and choose another tool I tried to reinstall and nothing changed. help?

That brush preset needs a tablet that supports tilt. Only Wacom Intuos Pro and Cintiq have that feature, so you can only use that brush preset with those tablets.
