How can i auto-center a non-vector layer with another layer?

There's anyway i can select the layer i want to center, and then another layer so i can center the first layer in the second one?

Hi FackingTroll

There is currently no way to align arrange distribute the normal paint layers in krita. I think there was a feature request bug. so may be you can comment on it . here is the bug report -> https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=338002
