I just got Krita 3.0.1.1 on Windows. Whenever I try to paint something, it doesn't actually show up until I click on some other button. I'm using the Wacom Intuos Art but I don't think it matters much because it happens even when I use the touchpad. OpenGL was disabled from the beginning but it still wasn't working. I tried enabling and disabling but it doesn't show up either way. I've tried re-installing and restaring. I kinda just dont know what to do anymore and I can't find answers anywhere else. I would really be grateful if someone were to help me out.

I'm sorry, but you simply are not giving enough information. If it's not a problem with the display dirver, it could be a simple thing, like having clicked on the alpha lock icon on the layer you're trying to paint on...

Sorry for the lack of information and thank you for the reply. The layer is not locked in any way. Nothing is selected either. I just got the prgram for the first time, ran it and then I couldn't see what i tried to draw. Everything is as it is by default.
