I have set my lines to be smooth but I want them much smoother.
is there a way to smooth what I have drawn more?
how can I get my pen even smoother?

If you are talking about smooth strokes, thats the wrong place. You should look for the Tool Options docker with the Freehand Brush Tool selected, change the smoothing mode to Stabilizer and increase the Distance value

If the brush strokes are too dark even if you press the pen very lightly, you can increase the spacing on the brush tip, mark the checkbox Enable Pen Settings on the Flow settings or edit the pressure curve on the Opacity settings.
You can also create or import custom, image based brush tips.
