Hi, I'm using the Krita software but i found a massive bug which essentially renders the software unusable. Whenever i draw on the canvas, i have to click out of the window or interact with the software in some other way for the line to actually appear. I'm using a Wacom intuos draw if that's of any importance, thanks in advance

If that would be a general bug, something that would happen to everyone, we obviously wouldn't have released Krita. If follows that this is an issue on your particular system, an interaction between Krita and the other software on your system, for instance, the display drivers. I am guessing that you have a laptop with an Intel GPU, and that the drivers are not up to date, and, in fact, broken. An outside chance is a desktop with an AMD GPU, and a broken driver. Your operating system is, most likely, Windows. Try to disable OpenGL in the settings to see if that makes a difference. If it does, we can be sure that it's the display drivers that are broken.
