Kra file crashes (cannot be opened)

Fri Jan 06, 2017 2:32 am
Greetings, It's been two weeks since I use krita (version 3.1.1) for drawing and I gotta say that I really enjoy it so far! There's just one thing that bothers me: One of my works in progress cannot be opened ever since I closed the program yesterday. When I try to open it the program crashes with no error message or anything. I'm on fedora linux so I tried changing the .kra to .zip and running the zip repair tools from the console with no effect. I CAN access the flattened image inside the "zip" but I would really like to have the layers to finish it. Thanks for reading and I hope you can help me.

Edit the xml file inside to exclude layers, it's probably crashing on one of those. If you could make a bugreport with the problem file or something then we can try to reproduce and fix the crash.

Thanks for replying, I managed to delete a filter mask layer which I thought caused the issue and worked!
