So I just tried to adjust my stylus settings for the wacom intuos. I set the middle mouse click on one of the stylus buttons to drag the canvas. At first it went well but after changing some of the buttons it didnt work anymore. Any idea how to fix this?

Should be the default behavior. Except if you changed the settings for the side buttons before starting to use Krita.
On Windows, the secondary side button is set to double click, but will act as middle click inside Krita without changing any setting.
Resetting the driver settings should solve the problem.

If you are on Linux, it will vary depending on the method you use to set the driver.

On Mac OS, it must be similar to windows, as the driver developers are from Wacom.
