This is with Krita 3.1.2 appimage on Linux Ubuntu 14.04 Unity.
When scrubbing a loaded audio through the Timeline docker a pop-up message on canvas informs that:
Cannot open audio: "/path-example/audio.mp3"
Error: The QMediaPlayer object does not have a valid service

Others are experiencing this?
Thanks

Yes, we mentioned this in the release announcement: Audio support doesn't work on the apimage yet.

We could not build gstreamer properly, so that's why it's missing :(

I, or someone else, needs to find the time to improve the Linux appimage scripts to copy all the gstreamer stuff into the appimage. The versions Linux distributions prepare, and the one in the ubuntu ppa should support audio automatically from 3.1.2 on.

Note that I am really extremely busy, and there's a ton of stuff on my plate. I simply cannot promise "when" for anything I'm trying to do.

Well thanks anyways
I have 3.1.2 and the "QMediaPlayer object does not have a valid service pops up"
so that's gonna be fixed in the next version?
well anyways no pressure
