Hi,
I think I have found a bug in Krita, but before reporting it, I'd like to confirm if others have it or if I'm the only one.
I am using version 3.1.1. I am on Linux Mint 17.2 KDE (but I have also tested it on Windows 7 and it also happened to me), tablet is Wacom Bamboo.

so like the title says, when you press the space bar to drag the view up or down (although it mostly works when going up), the cursor moves, but not the view as expected. here is how you can try it for yourself:

1-create a document (size, dpi etc does not matter)
2-go to the top left corner, press and hold spacebar, and move your mouse down (to make the screen go up). do it SLOWLY, as slowly as you can (I stress that part, if you go fast it works normally). This will work normally, even if you move slowly. Krita acts normally with the mouse.
3-repeat step 2, but do it with your tablet this time. the cursor will move, but not the view.

I made 2 small videos showing you both situations
https://gfycat.com/SpicyRepentantHadrosaurus <- this one is with the mouse. works as you'd expect
https://gfycat.com/FrigidBestGenet <- this one is with the tablet. the cursor moves, not the view. I show it works when moving the pen faster, but not slow.

note: with using the tablet, moving the pen left and right works (almost) as you'd expect, even if you move it very slowly. moving the pen up (to make the screen go down) also makes only the cursor move, but it is less noticeable.

Let me know if you experience this problem as well of it is just a problem on my end.
Thanks in advance.

I'm using Krita 3.1.1 Appimage on Linux Mint 18.1 MATE 64-bit and I have this effect as well.

Using the pen, if you move slowly up/down, then the hand moves but the image does not. If you move the hand slowly left/right, the image moves much faster and further than the hand. This is only with very slow movements of the pen. Moving the pen at what might be considered as a 'normal' speed has much less of these strange effects but they are still present to some extent.

Using the mouse, the image tracks the hand exactly apart from a slight time lag if you move the mouse very quickly.

Great! I was afraid it was just a problem on my end, but it seems like it's a bug.
