I have a Wacom Intous Pro, and every time I use the eraser tip, it changes the brush to the eraser. I have gone into the Wacom Tablet Properties and changed it so that the eraser tip is set to Ctrl+Click, as I want to use it as my eyedropper tool, but even though I've changed it to that from the Eraser setting, it still changes it from the brush I'm using at the time to the eraser. How do I stop this from happening?

I have tried selecting something other than an eraser using the eraser tip, and sure, that works, but it just switches the eraser tip and the drawing tip around, so that the drawing tip becomes the eraser tip.

I set it the way you want by changing the eraser tip to "CTRL"
Go to Wacom settings, on the eraser settings, select "Modifier" then mark the "Ctrl" checkbox.

Be sure to Close the wacom settings, close Krita, unplug the tablet (very important), replug the tablet, open Krita.

I did run into problems when i tried to use Krita with these settings before unplugging the tablet.
The eraser side switched to a eraser preset, and then it got stuck in that preset when I switched back to the pen tip.
Not sure why that happens, but it seems to be a driver issue, since I have to unplug the tablet to fix the problem.

It worked! Thanks! I already did everything else you said, but I didn't think to unplug and replug the tablet.
