Hello all. I have been trying to get Krita Desktop and Gemini to work on my SB for the past few months. Despite how much I uninstall and reinstall drivers and framework, I have exhausted the list of downloads that might work and do not get working pen pressure in either program. Pen pressure works just fine in Photoshop and other applications, so it's just Krita having the issues. Any help is very appreciated.

These instructions should work for Krita 3.0: https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Microso ... _and_NTrig . Krita Gemini doesn't support the Surface family of hardware, I'm afraid.

Please update your Steam store page to include the lack of support for Surface tools, then. There is nothing there that indicates you need anything more than a windows OS on a graphics tablet.

EDIT: I have tried those instructions you linked several times and it does not work.

EDIT 2: Yeah you guys really need to add that to the Gemini page. It's far too late for me to request a refund because this whole time I thought I had to fix something that was intended to function. I spent untold hours trying to gather as much info as I could and never came across anything suggesting that Surface was not supported for Gemini. Meanwhile, I still can't get Desktop to work on the tablet.

We're working on the steam page to update it with Krita 3 as a new application -- it's going slow, because it's all volunteer work!

Sorry, but I've shot my bolt. I managed to make the pen work on my Surface Pro 3; I know our webmaster and UX designer's Surface Pro 4 works; I know other people who have made their devices work using these instructions.
