Sound not working on mac OSX ?

Thu Feb 23, 2017 12:44 pm
Hi guys !
Running OS X El Capitan (10.11) here, with Krita 3.1.2.
I'm trying the new "sound" feature, but it's not working.
My file is loaded and the volume is on, but when playing / scrubbling the timeline, I hear nothing.
I did try with a MP3 and a WAV file.

Is it a known bug ?
Is it working for u ?

Thanks !

I had it working for a few seconds due to an erroneous manipulation.
So we know that the sound "engine" works but is not firing as it should.

Here's how I did but it still acts randomly : sometimes I got half a second of sound, sometimes not.

1/ select a bunch of frames by shift + dragging on the top of the timeline (where frame numbers are)
2/ hit play (which means only the scrubble works ?)
3/ click (a lot) on some buttons of your wacom tablet (not the pen) - maybe it works with a mouse (got none here) but it does not with a trackpad.

Maybe this can help to debug !
