Krita doesn't have a raster to vector conversion function. Use inkscape instead: https://inkscape.org/en/doc/tracing/tut ... acing.html

You can covert Jpeg shapes using the covert to shape tool, however an entire image will not convert, Simply use the selection tools on the left side and in the drop down menu select Convert to shape!
