An important detail, the bug occurred, when the notebook entered "hibernate" (Windows) mode with Krita open, and I turned off the PC to force, when it came back it was this way!

It sounds like your graphics driver is busted. Try disabling opengl. There's also been a recent windows 10 update that broke Krita's opengl code for some people. See https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Krita_s ... _Intel_GPU

BUG Solved: Disable o OpenGL and restart Krita.

Well, that's not a solution . It's a workaround for issues in the driver -- but fortunately, we're in touch with people who are in touch with the driver authors, and we might get news from there.
