New user here.
Anyway, I've been trying to open up the program to try it out. But whenever I try to choose a template, the program instantly crashes. No error report, it just says "This program has stopped responding". Is there a reason why this is happening? |

* Which OS
* Which version of Krita * Which template or does that not matter * Does this also happen if you create a new image not from a template * Have you tried to make a crash log (see https://docs.krita.org/Dr._Mingw_debugger) |

1. most recent release (3.1.2.) 2. Doesn't matter 3. Yes, doesn't matter if the image is either a template or a custom size 4. Can't make or find one. As I said, it only gives me a "This program has stopped responding" popup with no additional details. And my OS is Windows 7

Does Krita also crash if you disable OpenGL?

I don't even know if I have OpenGL. Much less how to turn it off. Heck, i don't even have a graphics card (the kind of computer I have makes it hard to find one that fits it). |

you can find it in krita's menu:
Settings -> Configure Krita -> Display -> Use OpenGL |

Unchecked it, and it works fine now. Thanks. |
