Hi
So, I'm working on this project (I'm not a good artist, just a bit of a hobby).
I've got an area, that's blue, and say I want 25% of it to randomly change to a different shade of blue.
Do I need to go and edit each individual pixel or area, or is there a tool or something that will do it for me?
