Krita has started to give me this issue where it refuses to open jeg files. I've never had this issue before, so I really don't know why this is happening.
Every time I try to open one up, Krita gives me this message; "Could not create the filter plugin."

Please help! I honestly don't know what's happening. It only started doing this yesterday.

Well... If krita didn't change between yesterday and today, something else must've changed. Are you running any non-microsoft "antivirus" software? Are you on Windows at all?

Yes, I'm using Windows.

And yes, I'm using a non-Microsoft antivirus, and at the moment I'm uninstalling a virus software that I don't use.
