Basically, the canvas doesn't update either zooming (In or Out), rotating, panning or drawing for a long time unless I click the rulers that appear when you check Show Rulers in View
I've tried resetting and reinstalling the program and my drivers as well as restarting my computer, but nothing seems to work.

I can say, however, that it seems to have started when I reset my computer without closing the program, before that it worked fine.

You most likely got a windows update that broke the intel display driver when you restarted your computer. You can try to update the driver, or disable opengl in krita. See https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Krita_s ... _Intel_GPU
