I want to repeat a circle with several symetries. Is it possible to draw it within the multibrush option 'on'?

You'll need to use the multibrush in conjunction with the assistant tool.
Select the Assistant Tool.
In the Tool Options docker, select the Ellipse assistant.
In the canvas, draw the Ellipse assistant by clicking three times and adjust it as needed.
Select the MultiBrush Tool and in the Tool Options docker mark the "Assistant" checkbox
Adjust the Number and Axes Point as needed, and draw over the Ellipse.
