I am trying to position an Ellipse (or Concentric Ellipse) "guide" from the Assistant Tool on my canvas but it seems to be locked to some kind of grid. I can't move it as little as I want... Only in steps of 4px.

Findings:
It seems to be "jumping" a minimum of 4px when I try to move the guide.
I have tried upgrading from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 without improvement.
I have tried Changing canvas size and the size of the ellipse without improvement.
I guess I could make the canvas 8 times larger than I want to in order to get the precision I want... (bad solution)
