Is there a way to rotate ellipses and Rectangles while creating ?

P.S. YouTube is very handy- I recommend you use it for things like this. You may be surprised what videos there are.


The solution you are giving is not related to the question OP asked. They asked for rotating while drawing shapes and selections not rotating layers.
P.S. It helps to know the question before posting wrong answer in the form of youtube videos sometimes :)

Thanks! I guess some Alt / Ctrl / ... Combination would be very helpful when placing ellipses.
