How do I show the hidden files when saving or loading?

I know how to do it in my normal filemanager (PCManFM).

My problem is that when I tell Krita to save something, then I cannot show hidden files inside Krita. I am trying to save files directly to my Gimp pattern folder. The Gimp files are in .gimp-2.8, which is hidden and I cannot access. This is also an issue when opening files to import resources.

Hi mikeholder, I do "Right Mouse Button" > "Select hidden files" over the main area of the dialog.
I'm on Ubuntu using Krita appimage.

Wow thanks! That is so easy but it did not seem obvious to me! I have been (for some time now) making a temp folder to transfer everything. It was getting such a hassle when I was quickly making stuff that I needed to transfer.

Glad it helped (even though I mixed up "Show" with "Select" :)
