Hey, i'm new to graphic designing stuff

wanna design my own logo for my own site

I use krita wanna know how to use vector images stuff, wanna save the $$$.

I'm new and don't understand 100% about this

For Vector Stuff You should check " Inkscape "

As gui-m and avastone told you, for logo designing you'd better use a software dedicated to vector drawing.

Sure, Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw are very good software but they are not opensource and definitely not free. I'd advice you to give Inkscape a try, it's a very good opensource software, an you can use it for free. I know people using it in their professional work, so you'll definitely find the tools you need for logo designing.
