Hi everyone. I have a map of a fictional country on Krita. I made it myself, so it's not downloaded or copy-pasted or anything. The countries are separated by thinner lines. I have double-checked every line and they don't have any gaps. The problem is that when I go to fill a country with, let's say black, sometimes it works. The country becomes black. But sometimes this weird thing happens where the country becomes black and the whole map becomes sort of darker, and some countries (seemingly random) are much darker while others (again random) are unaffected. I have tried to fill every country (there's about 40). It's the same ones each time that work or don't. If it helps, my map without labels is one layer, and each text label is a different vector layer. Any help is appreciated!

I had actually also hoped for the layer stack and the tooloptions for the fill tool, but eh, let's see... Could you check if lowering the "fuzzy" value in the tool options of the fill tool makes a difference?

This also makes me think of the "limit to current layer" option is not checked, just a wild guess though.

Um I'm sorry, but where are the tool options? I just got Krita a day ago.

The tool options is a docker, much like the layers and the color select. It changes contents as you change the tool so you can configure the tools.

Ok, I figured it out. It was a threshold problem. Thanks for your help!
