I am not sure if this was asked before, so I may be doing something ridiculous, but I have searched.

I am unable to add new frames for vector layers. I am using 3.1.4 at this time.
Whenever I attempt to add a new frame, nothing happens, whether or not I have drawn something beforehand.

Is this a known issue? Am I doing something wrong...? If there is anything I am missing, may someone please tell me?

Documentation says that "Krita has frame-by-frame raster animation" (link: https://docs.krita.org/Animation).
Indeed, vector layers do show-up in the timeline (when set) but I don't think it's possible to animate them, at this time at least...

No, it isn't possible to animate vectors right now. It's not like we do not want it, but we don't have the time and the funds :/
