I am not sure if this was asked before, so I may be doing something ridiculous, but I have searched.
I am unable to add new frames for vector layers. I am using 3.1.4 at this time. Whenever I attempt to add a new frame, nothing happens, whether or not I have drawn something beforehand. Is this a known issue? Am I doing something wrong...? If there is anything I am missing, may someone please tell me? |

Documentation says that "Krita has frame-by-frame raster animation" (link: https://docs.krita.org/Animation). Indeed, vector layers do show-up in the timeline (when set) but I don't think it's possible to animate them, at this time at least... |

No, it isn't possible to animate vectors right now. It's not like we do not want it, but we don't have the time and the funds :/
