I can't imagine it not being possible but I also can't figure out how stroke a vector path with a vector brush. I don't mind if the stroked result is a raster image. According to https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/kr ... rt-awesome the ability for this to dynamically update is not yet implemented but apparently what I want already exists. Can someone please explain how to do it?

Create the path in a vector layer.
Select the path with the "shape manipulator tool"
Menu > Edit > Stroke Selected Shapes.
Edit: I don't think Krita has a vector brush. just raster based or auto generated brush dabs.
