I installed Krita but the toolbar is cut off and the brushes are not over the stylus . Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yes. It's a known bug in Intel's display drivers. For now, disable opengl in settings/configure krita/display. Please also read https://krita.org/en/?p=5714 and test the build linked in that article, then fill in the survey.
