Brush stroke gets darker

Wed Sep 13, 2017 6:14 pm
Hi,

When I make a brush stroke it gets darker after I finish and pick up the stylus. Is this a behavior that I can disable? I would expect to see exactly the same stroke as its being drawn. I am noticing it on the Pencil 2B, and the Pencil HB.

Thanks,

Here is a quick video to show what I mean:

This is caused by the "Instant Preview". A feature meant to speedup the visualization of the brush strokes when working with big brushes.
It can be disabled by pressing SHIFT + L
When working with big brushes it really helps, but with small ones, it is not so usefull.
