Hi,
I downloaded Krita earlier today, and it worked fabulously until I closed it to do something else.
Now it refuses to open without immediately crashing, before I can even interact with the interface. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and restarted the computer. Here are my specs as listed in my settings "About" page:

Windows 10 Home
Intel Core i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50 GHz
8.00 GB RAM
64 bit OS

Intel HD Graphics 620

I can supply more information if it's needed. I'm not sure what else in that vein will help here. I have the information from the kritacrash file, but it's far too long to post in this forum post.

I hope someone will be able to help me.
Thank you!

Did you close Krita with the reference image docker open and floating? If so, see viewtopic.php?f=139&t=141980&p=381808#p381808

I uninstalled 3.3.0 again and tried to install 3.2.1, but now it says that it can't remove the previous program, and doesn't want to install. The only installation I could finagle out of it threw an error that claimed it didn't have the proper permissions when I tried to run it.

Check whether krita is still running in the task manager.

It is not. Is there some sort of manual uninstall I could do to completely wipe any traces of Krita from my computer? (It isn't visible through programs in the control panel either.) Or some way to repair an installation?

Nevermind! I have fixed the problem by creating a new home for Krita's files and installing it there. Seems to be working quite well now. Thank you!
