I have problem with all brushes doing same thing wihtch i don't know how to fix. I can't explain it better as shown on a video: https://youtu.be/inI37jaRcfM since i don't even know what that is and how to disable it. If someone know how to fix it, thank you.

You enabled the stabilizer in the brush tool's tool options.
