Rendering a gif with a transparent bg breaks my animation

Top gif image has a bg. Everything's fine. The bottom has a transparent bg. There's a strange yellow artifact. And the frames are a bit messed up. Notice on her flowing jacket there's some strange duplication going on in the left side. And her tail towards the tip on on of the frames has a bit that flickers. It just totally messes up the frames, and after testing multiple times it only seems to do this when I turn off the bg and try rendering transparent.

So obviously this is something wrong with the program. Is there something I can do or does this need to be reported somewhere? I'm getting a lot of bugs lately with the animation tools and I'd like to see them get fixed up in future updates soon.
