Pressure sensitivity settings?

Wed Nov 29, 2017 10:41 pm
Quick simple question, how do I turn off pressure sensitivity when I draw? Normally I'd have it on but for what I'm doing it's not all too important I be precise and I'd prefer to draw with the exact size I've selected...

Any help is appreciated thank you. :)

There is more than one way to achieve this, my personal take is to have the button for pressure right on the toolbar, by going to Settings>Configure Toolbars>Maintoolbar (or) BrushesandStuff and there just look for the "use pen pressure" button and add it to it. A even faster way is just to use a shortcut for it; Settings>Configure Krita>Keyboard Shortcuts there look again for the "use pen pressure" and assign your desired shortcut to it, will switch on the fly on and off.

Also every preset (brush) can be modify to stop the size (or any other parameter) on pressure, you can either modify for the session, or permanently (caution, you will rather save as new brush than override the original)

Hope it helps a bit. :)

Where do I go to access it when I've added it?
I noticed something changed when I added it to the main toolbar which sounds like where I want it to be but I can't seem to find it...

Never mind I think I got it, adding it to brushes n stuff puts it at the top right. Dunno if I can move it all but thanks. :)
